Refund policy

The Good Carbon Farm does not issue refunds for donations, or for any of the products listed in The Good Carbon Store. If an eCard does not appear in the inbox of the recipient or the product is faulty, we will replace the product and send a new, identical eCard once we have been made aware of the issue. 

We may refund a transaction via Stripe where a credit card has been used without the authorisation of the cardholder or in other circumstances as advised by our bank.
